Learning how to do frosting rosies

Buho's Avalanche Cake: This was my first successful chocolate cake (taste speaking). I kind of had an accident when I was turning it, and I broke it on one side. I "pasted it" with dulce de leche, and covered it with its chocolate frosting (which included a splash of Baileys). It still looked funny, but Oh! was it delicious! It was destined for my dearest friend Buho, but the birthday got canceled in the last minute, cuz he had to leave town for work. I'll make sure he gets one of these babies anyways.

So, we do a Bake-Off every now and then. My dearest Co-baker Sarina and I, separately bake something for our friends to try at whatever event comes to mind. Our guests (judges) we're happy, but we did learn (remembered) a baking must: Rainy days, are not good for cakes.
