Nutty-Dulce de Leche Topping:
I took almonds and walnuts and toasted them in a saucepan with a little sugar and a bit of butter. When it cooled I placed the dry large crumbs in a food procesor. Topped the cheesecake with dulce de leche (combined with some caramel cream) and topped with the Nut-Crumbs... Yuuummm!
